The Cob Barn at Longmeadow Farm

The Cob Barn provides detached two-storey accommodation on Longmeadow Farm, a working sheep farm covering 80 acres on the outskirts of Shaldon in South Devon. Positioned at the top of the site, the cottage commands views over the River Teign estuary and the surrounding hills.

Recent conversion has produced bright, practical interiors within the original barn structure. The ground floor centres on an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area with tiled flooring and underfloor heating. This level also contains a twin bedroom equipped with a television and a separate shower room.

Bed linen and towels come included along with a welcome pack. Gas central heating keeps the spaces comfortable. Outside lies a shared lawned courtyard garden with seating and a barbecue for outdoor use.
